5. Setup

1. Unpack the Rolipo GT01 Ultrasonic Cleaner and all accessories.
2. Place the unit on a flat, stable, and dry surface, away from heat sources or direct sunlight.
3. Connect the power adapter to the DC input port on the back of the unit, then plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet.
4. Ensure the lid is closed before powering on.

6. Operating Instructions

Basic Cleaning Procedure:

1. Fill the Tank: Open the lid and fill the stainless steel tank with water. Ensure the water level covers the items to be cleaned but does not exceed the MAX fill line.
2. Place Items: Carefully place your dental appliances, jewelry, or other items into the water. Use the included tweezer for easy handling.
3. Close the Lid: Close the lid securely. The UV light will activate automatically once the lid is closed.
4. Power On: Touch and hold the power switch for more than 2 seconds to turn on the device.
5. Start Cleaning: Briefly touch the power switch to start the 5-minute cleaning cycle. The indicator light will illuminate.
6. Cycle Completion: The device will automatically shut off after 5 minutes.
7. Remove Items: Open the lid (UV light will turn off) and carefully remove your cleaned items using the tweezer.
8. Empty and Rinse: Empty the water from the tank and rinse the tank thoroughly with clean water.

For Stubborn Stains:

For heavily soiled items, you may repeat the cleaning cycle once or twice. For optimal results with stubborn stains, consider using a non-abrasive cleaning tablet specifically designed for dental appliances (not included) along with water. Change the water after each cycle when dealing with heavy residue.

7. Maintenance

• Cleaning the Tank: After each use, empty the water and rinse the stainless steel tank with clean water. Wipe it dry with a soft cloth.
• Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.
• Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place when not in use.
• Descaling: If mineral deposits accumulate in the tank, use a mild descaling solution or white vinegar diluted with water. Run a short cycle, then rinse thoroughly.

8. Troubleshooting

• Device does not turn on: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the unit and the electrical outlet. Check if the outlet is functional. Press and hold the power switch for more than 2 seconds to power on.
• No ultrasonic vibration: Ensure the tank is filled with water and the lid is closed. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
• UV light not working: The UV light only activates when the lid is closed. If the lid is closed and the light is still off, contact customer support.
• Poor cleaning results: Ensure items are fully submerged. For stubborn stains, repeat the cleaning cycle or use a specialized cleaning tablet. Ensure the water is clean.
