5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning the Device

  1. After each use, rinse the brush head or flosser nozzle thoroughly under running water.
  2. Wipe the main device handle with a soft, damp cloth. Do not submerge the entire device in water for extended periods, although it is waterproof for normal use.
  3. Empty any remaining water from the reservoir if the device will not be used for an extended period.

5.2 Replacing Brush Heads and Nozzles

It is recommended to replace brush heads every 3 months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed. To replace, firmly pull the old brush head or nozzle straight off the shaft. Align and push the new one onto the shaft until it clicks into place.

5.3 Storage

Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use. Ensure the device is clean and dry before storage.

6. Troubleshooting

  • No water coming out or weak water pressure: Ensure the water reservoir is adequately filled and the flosser nozzle is securely attached. It may take 10-15 seconds for water to flow initially due to the internal pump mechanism. If the issue persists, check for any blockages in the nozzle.
  • Device not turning on: Ensure the device is fully charged. Place it on the charging base for several hours. If the issue continues, verify the charging adapter and outlet are functioning correctly.
  • Brush head or nozzle detaches during use: Ensure the brush head or nozzle is pushed down firmly until it clicks into place during setup. If a brush head shows signs of damage or bristles breaking, discontinue use and replace it with a new one.
  • Reduced battery life: Over time, battery performance may decrease. Ensure the device is regularly charged. If battery life significantly diminishes, contact customer support.
