4. Setup

4.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case.

1. Place both earbuds into the charging case.
2. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and a standard 5V/1A or 5V/2A USB power adapter.
3. The LED display on the case will show the charging progress. A full charge for the case takes approximately 1.5 hours.
4. The earbud battery indicators on the LED display will show charging status for each earbud.

Note: Please use a standard 5V/1A or 5V/2A charger. Using non-standard chargers may cause charging issues or damage.

4.2 Bluetooth Pairing

The earbuds feature a Hall sensor for automatic pairing.

1. First-time Pairing: Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
3. Select "H97" from the list of devices to connect. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone.
4. Automatic Reconnection: After the initial pairing, the earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device when the charging case is opened (within 15 meters).
5. Single Earbud Mode: You can use either the left or right earbud independently. Simply take one earbud out of the case, and it will connect. If you take out the other earbud, they will automatically switch to binaural mode. To use a single earbud, place the other back into the charging case.

5.1 Touch Controls

5.2 Wearing the Earbuds

For optimal sound quality and comfort, ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears.

• Identify the Left (L) and Right (R) earbuds.
• Gently insert each earbud into your ear canal.
• Adjust the angle until it feels secure and comfortable. The ergonomic design is intended to fit the contours of most ear canals.

6. Maintenance and Care

6.1 Cleaning

• Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical sprays.
• Ensure charging contacts on both earbuds and case are clean and dry for proper charging.

6.2 Storage

• When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged.
• Store in a cool, dry place, away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.

6.3 Water Resistance (IPX7)

The earbuds are rated IPX7 waterproof, meaning they can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. This protects them from sweat, rain, and splashes.

• Do not intentionally submerge the charging case, as it is not waterproof.
• Ensure earbuds are completely dry before placing them back into the charging case to prevent damage to the charging contacts.
• Avoid using the earbuds in saunas, steam rooms, or during diving.

6.4 Over Current Protection (OCP)

The charging case is equipped with Over Current Protection technology to prevent issues such as overheating, melting, or fire caused by prolonged high current from an external power source. When the current exceeds the power limit, the power source will immediately cut off output to protect the circuitry and device.

• Touch Controls Not Responding:
  • Ensure your fingers are clean and dry.
  • Try restarting the earbuds by placing them in the case and taking them out again.
