4. Setup and Assembly Instructions

Assembly is designed to be straightforward. It is recommended that two adults assemble the bunk bed. All parts are clearly labeled, and the instructions are provided in a step-by-step format. All necessary tools are included.

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches. Verify all components against the parts list.
2. Assemble Base Frames: Begin by connecting the main frame sections for both the upper and lower bunks using the provided hardware. Ensure all bolts are finger-tightened initially.
3. Install Slats: Insert the 22 robust metal slats into the designated slots on both bed frames. Secure them using the mute buckles to minimize noise and enhance stability.
4. Attach Guardrails: Secure the guardrails to the upper bunk frame. The 11.2-inch high guardrail with rounded corners should be positioned for safe entry and exit.

5. Connect Bunk Sections: Carefully stack the upper bunk frame onto the lower bunk frame, aligning the connection points. Secure them with the appropriate bolts.
6. Install Ladder: Attach the 3-step square ladder to the designated side of the bunk bed. Ensure it is firmly secured for safe climbing.
7. Tighten All Hardware: Once the entire structure is assembled, systematically tighten all Allen head bolts and screws using the provided wrench. Do not overtighten.
8. Attach Anti-Tipping Device: For added safety, secure the anti-tipping device to the bunk bed frame and the wall as instructed.

9. Final Check: Confirm that the bed is stable, all parts are securely fastened, and there are no loose components.

5. Operating Instructions

This bunk bed is designed for sleeping and resting. Adhere to the following guidelines for safe operation:

• Mattress Placement: Place a twin-sized mattress (75"L x 39"W) with a thickness of 4-6 inches on both the upper and lower bunks.
