3. Setup & Assembly
The mini bike arrives 90% pre-assembled. Only minimal assembly is required.
- Handlebar Installation: Attach the handlebar clamp to the main frame. Ensure it is securely fastened using the provided tools.
- Front Tire Assembly: Install the front tire. Refer to the included repair kit for specific bolts and wrenches.

4. Operating Instructions
- Pre-Ride Check: Before each ride, ensure tires are properly inflated, brakes are functional, and fuel/oil levels are adequate.
- Starting the Engine:
- Turn the gasoline switch ON.
- Move the choke lever to the START position.
- Ensure the kill switch is in the RUN position.
- Pull the pull-start rope firmly and steadily until the engine starts. (First start may require 10-20 pulls).
- Riding: Once the engine is running, slowly move the choke lever to the RUN position. Gently twist the throttle to accelerate.
- Braking: Apply the rear disc brake lever smoothly to slow down or stop.
- Stopping the Engine: To turn off the engine, move the kill switch to the OFF position.

6. Troubleshooting
1. Mini bike fails to start:
- Check the gasoline tank whether it is enough.
- Check gasoline switch whether it is turned on.
- Check engine oil whether it is fueled to engine.
- Before pull-start bike, please must turn off button of kill switch. This is a very important step.
- Move the choke lever to the START position.
- Pull start bike need repeatedly. (The first start needs to be pulled up at east 10-20 times)
2. Mini bike can be started but when throttle it, the engine stops.
- The choke is open totally or not. Correct status of choke is in RUN position. This is a very important step.
- Check engine oil whether it is fueled to engine.
- Check gasoline switch whether it is turned on.
- Press carburetors repeatedly absorb gasoline maximize into motor through fuel line.
- Using your legs to push off the ground which will help the motorcycle accelerate faster.
