Maintenance

Auto-Empty Dock Dust Disposal

When the vacuum is placed on the auto-empty dock, it automatically transfers collected debris into the 3L sealed dust bag. This hands-free disposal system can hold up to 100 days of dust, depending on usage.

Filter Cleaning

The vacuum features a 5-stage filtration system. Components like the sponge filter and metal mesh are washable. Regularly clean these components to maintain optimal suction and filtration efficiency.

  • Remove the dustbin from the handheld unit.
  • Separate the filter components.
  • Rinse washable parts under running water until clean.
  • Allow all components to air dry completely before reassembling and placing back into the vacuum.

Brush Roll Cleaning

The anti-tangle brush roll is designed to minimize hair tangles. However, periodic inspection and cleaning are recommended.

  • Turn off the vacuum and detach the floor brush.
  • Remove the brush roll from its housing.
  • Remove any tangled hair or debris using scissors if necessary.
  • Reinsert the clean brush roll.

Troubleshooting

  • No Power: Ensure the battery is charged. Check if the power adapter is properly connected to the dock and the wall outlet.
  • Weak Suction: Check if the dustbin is full and needs emptying. Clean the filters and brush roll for any blockages. Ensure all parts are correctly assembled.
  • Brush Roll Not Spinning: Check for tangled hair or debris obstructing the brush roll. Ensure the brush roll is correctly installed.
  • Vacuum Overheating: This may indicate a blockage. Turn off the vacuum, clear any obstructions in the nozzle, wand, or dustbin, and allow it to cool down.
  • Auto-Empty Dock Not Functioning: Ensure the vacuum is correctly seated on the dock. Check if the dust bag in the dock is full or improperly installed.
