5.1 Operating Modes

The sensor can be configured for the following modes:

• Continuous Light (6 hours): In this mode, the connected luminaire will remain on for a continuous period of 6 hours, regardless of motion or ambient light conditions. This is typically used for temporary constant illumination.
• Motion Detection: The luminaire will activate when motion is detected within the 180° detection range. It will remain on for a set duration (adjustable, refer to device settings if available) and turn off when no motion is detected for that period.
• Dusk-to-Dawn (Twilight) Activation: The luminaire will activate when the ambient light level falls below a certain threshold (dusk) and will remain active until the light level rises above that threshold (dawn), or for a set duration after activation. Motion detection may also be integrated into this mode, activating the light only when it's dark AND motion is detected.
