Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your tools. Always remove the battery before performing any maintenance.
General Cleaning
- Clean all tools after each use with a damp cloth. Do not use solvents or harsh chemicals.
- Keep air vents clear of debris to prevent overheating.
Lawn Mower Maintenance
- Blade Inspection: Regularly inspect the mower blade for sharpness and damage. A dull blade can tear grass, leading to an unhealthy lawn.
- Blade Replacement/Sharpening: If the blade is dull or damaged, have it sharpened or replaced by a qualified service technician.
- Deck Cleaning: Clear grass clippings from the underside of the mower deck to maintain cutting efficiency.
String Trimmer Maintenance
- Line Replacement: Replace the trimmer line when it runs out. Refer to the trimmer's specific instructions for correct line type and loading procedure.
- Guard Cleaning: Keep the trimmer guard clean and free of debris.
Battery and Charger Maintenance
- Store batteries in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
- Do not store batteries in a discharged state for extended periods. Charge them periodically.
- Inspect chargers and battery terminals for damage.
