2. Setup

2.1 Unboxing and Initial Inspection

Carefully remove the Jackery Explorer 2000 v2 from its packaging. Inspect the unit and all included accessories (16ft DC Extension Cable, AC Charging Cable) for any signs of damage. If any components are missing or damaged, contact customer support immediately.

2.2 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the power station. The Explorer 2000 v2 can be charged via AC Fast Charging or solar panels.
