Setup Instructions

- Unpack: Carefully remove the light and all accessories from the packaging.
- Choose Mounting Method: The light can be installed using either the provided suction cups or sticky Velcro.
- Suction Cup Installation: Attach the suction cups to the ends of the light bar. Press the suction cups firmly onto a clean, smooth, flat surface inside your aquarium, such as the tank wall. Ensure a secure grip.
- Velcro Installation: If using Velcro, clean and dry the desired mounting surface on the outside of your tank or under the hood. Apply one side of the Velcro strip to the light bar and the other side to the tank surface. Press firmly to secure.
- Positioning: Place the light in a position that provides optimal illumination for your aquarium.
- Connect Power: Plug the ETL-listed power adapter into a suitable electrical outlet.

The Pawfly Aquarium Light is controlled via an inline controller with four buttons:
- Power On/Off & Mode Switching:
- Short Press (Power/Mode button): Turns the light on and cycles through the 7 single-color effects (white, red, yellow, green, light blue, dark blue, purple) and the color-cycle mode.
- Long Press (Power/Mode button): Turns the light off.
- Adjust Brightness:
- "+" Button: Increases the brightness level (6 levels available).
- "-" Button: Decreases the brightness level (6 levels available).
- Set Timer:
- Timer Button: Cycles through 3 duration options: 8 hours, 10 hours, or 12 hours. Once set, the light will automatically turn on and off for the selected duration within each 24-hour cycle.
- Memory Function: The light retains your last color and brightness settings even after a power outage. The timer setting, however, will need to be reset.
