Setup
- Initial Charge: Before first use, fully charge the massage gun using the provided USB Type-C cable. Connect the cable to the charging port on the device and a suitable USB power adapter (not included). The power display will indicate charging status.
- Attach Massage Head: Select the desired massage head based on the muscle group you intend to target. Gently insert the stem of the massage head into the opening at the front of the massage gun until it is securely in place. To remove, pull the head straight out.

- Power On/Off: Locate the power switch, typically at the base of the handle. Slide it to the "ON" position to power on the device. The LED display will illuminate. To power off, slide the switch to "OFF".
- Adjust Speed: Use the "+" and "-" buttons on the control panel to adjust the massage intensity. The cotsoco M784 offers 20 different speed levels, ranging from 1200 RPM to 3200 RPM. Start with a lower speed and gradually increase to find your preferred intensity. The current speed level will be shown on the LED display.
- Application: Gently press the massage head onto the desired muscle area. Move the massager slowly over the muscle, applying light to moderate pressure. Avoid pressing too hard or staying in one spot for too long.
- Usage Duration: For safety and to prevent overheating, the massager will automatically stop after 10 minutes of continuous use. If you wish to continue, simply power it back on.
