7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your YOTON MP3 Player, please refer to the following common solutions:
- Device won't turn on:
Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the device to a charger for at least 10 minutes. If it still doesn't turn on, try holding the Power button for a longer duration (e.g., 10-15 seconds) to force a restart. - No sound from earphones/speakers:
Check the volume level. Ensure earphones are fully plugged in. If using Bluetooth, confirm the device is paired and connected, and the volume on both the player and the receiving device is up. Try different earphones/speakers to rule out accessory issues. - Bluetooth connection issues:
Ensure both devices are in pairing mode and within range. Turn Bluetooth off and on again on both devices. Delete previous pairings and try re-pairing. Ensure there is no interference from other wireless devices. - Cannot transfer files to the device:
Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the MP3 player and the computer. Try a different USB port or cable. Ensure the device is recognized as a removable disk. Restart both the computer and the MP3 player. Check if the device's storage is full. - Screen unresponsive or frozen:
Press and hold the Power button for about 10-15 seconds to force a restart. If the issue persists, allow the battery to fully drain and then recharge it. - FM Radio not working:
Ensure wired earphones are plugged in, as they serve as the antenna. Try auto-scanning for stations again in a different location.
