5. Maintenance
5.1. Cleaning
To clean the bar stool, simply wipe it with a dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these may damage the wood finish or upholstery fabric.
5.2. Fastener Checks
Periodically check all bolts and screws to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten any loose fasteners to maintain the stool's stability and safety.
6. Troubleshooting
6.1. Stool Feels Unstable or Wobbly
- Solution: Ensure all assembly bolts are fully tightened. If the issue persists, loosen all bolts slightly, place the stool on a flat surface, apply gentle pressure to all corners to ensure even contact, then re-tighten all bolts completely.
- Solution: Verify that the stool is placed on a flat, even surface. Uneven flooring can cause wobbling.
6.2. Swivel Mechanism is Stiff or Noisy
- Solution: The swivel mechanism is designed for smooth operation. If it feels stiff, ensure no debris is obstructing the mechanism. Avoid applying lubricants unless specifically recommended by the manufacturer, as this could attract dust.
6.3. Parts Missing or Damaged
- Solution: Do not attempt to assemble the product with missing or damaged parts. Contact the retailer or manufacturer's customer support for replacement parts.
