Image: Display Modes for macOS. On macOS, all external monitors will mirror the same content due to system limitations.
Display Resolutions and Refresh Rates
Unlock dual 4K@60Hz output when both the laptop and monitors support DSC. Refer to the table below for supported resolutions and refresh rates based on your laptop's USB-C DP version.

Compatibility Notes
For full compatibility and optimal performance, please observe the following:
- Laptop's USB-C Requirements: Your laptop's USB-C port must support DP Alt Mode (for display output) and Power Delivery (for charging).
- Included USB 3.2 Gen 2 Cable: We recommend using the included USB 3.2 Gen 2 cable to connect the dock to your laptop, as other cables may cause compatibility issues.
- System Support: Windows 10 / 11 and macOS 13.5 or later.
- USB-C Monitors Not Supported: The front two USB-C ports support data transfer only. They do not support output video or connect to USB-C monitors.
- macOS Mirror Displays: Due to macOS limitation, all external monitors mirror the same screen.
- Slow Charging: Some laptops use proprietary charging protocols and may display a "slow charging" warning when using non-original chargers. If your laptop requires 100W or less, the dock will charge it at the same speed as the original adapter. For laptops requiring over 100W, we recommend using the original adapter.
- Downstream Ports Not Charging Devices: The downstream USB-A and USB-C ports support data transfer and provide standard power for device operation, but do not support device charging.
