1. Introduction

This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your TKENPRO HC43 2K Live Video Cellular Trail Camera. This advanced game camera is designed for outdoor security and wildlife monitoring, featuring 2K live feed capabilities, 4G cellular connectivity, night vision, and motion detection.

2. Setup

2.1 Unboxing and Initial Inspection

Upon opening the package, verify that all components are present and undamaged. The package should include the TKENPRO HC43 Trail Camera, a solar panel, mounting accessories, and this user manual.

2.2 Powering the Camera

The camera is equipped with a 7800mAh rechargeable battery and a 4W solar panel, forming a dual power supply system. Ensure the solar panel is connected and positioned to receive adequate sunlight for continuous charging.

2.3 SIM Card and Network Connection

The TKENPRO HC43 features a built-in, non-detachable 4G SIM card. This SIM card is compatible with Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T networks in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Upon activation, a complimentary 300 MB trial valid for 7 days is provided.

Important Note: Only the built-in SIM card can be used. Wi-Fi connection is not supported. Each camera requires a separate data plan subscription.

2.4 Ucon App Installation

Download the free Ucon App from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android). Follow the in-app instructions to register an account and add your TKENPRO HC43 camera. This app is essential for remote access and receiving alerts.

3. Operation

3.1 Live Feed and Remote Access

Through the Ucon App, you can access a live 2K video feed from your camera anytime, anywhere. This allows for real-time monitoring of wildlife or property. You can also share access to your camera with family members via the app.

3.2 Motion Detection and Alerts

The camera features a PIR (Passive Infrared) sensor that detects animal or human movements. With a rapid 0.2-second trigger time, the camera quickly wakes up and begins recording. Timely alerts are sent directly to your Ucon App, ensuring you are notified of any activity. The detection range is approximately 120 degrees.

After the initial 7-day complimentary trial, you can renew your unlimited cellular data plan directly through the Ucon App. Subscription options include monthly ($19.9) or annual ($169.9) plans. Remember, each camera requires its own data plan.
