1. Introduction

The Waterdrop C1H Countertop Reverse Osmosis System provides filtered water with instant heating capabilities. This system is designed for ease of use and does not require permanent installation, making it suitable for various environments.

2. Safety Information

WARNING: HOT WATER RISK OF SCALDING.

Always exercise caution when dispensing hot water. Keep children away from the dispenser during operation. Do not use with well water or source water with Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) greater than 500 ppm.

3. Setup

The Waterdrop C1H system requires no plumbing installation. Simply place it on a stable countertop and plug it into a power outlet.

3.1 Initial Flushing Process

Before first use, or after filter replacement, perform the flushing process:

  1. After powering on, the system will automatically begin rinsing the filter.
  2. When the water tank indicator lights up and the screen displays 50%, empty the feed water tank and refill it with fresh water.
  3. Continue rinsing until the screen displays 100%, indicating the process is complete.

4. Operating Instructions

The system features an intelligent digital screen for intuitive control.

4.1 Digital Screen Functions

The digital screen displays temperature, water volume, and filter life. It also provides indicators for:

4.2 Dispensing Water

Water can be dispensed directly from the front spout or by removing the internal pure water tank. The front dispenser accommodates cups up to 9 inches in height with the drip tray removed.

5. Filtration System

The Waterdrop C1H utilizes a 6-stage reverse osmosis filtration system with a premium 0.0001µm RO membrane. This advanced filtration effectively reduces various contaminants, including:

6. Maintenance

6.1 Filter Replacement

The filter has a lifespan of approximately 12 months. The digital screen will indicate when a replacement is needed. Filter replacement is designed to be quick and easy, taking approximately 3 seconds.

6.2 Cleaning

Regular cleaning of the system, especially the water tanks and drip tray, is recommended to maintain optimal performance and hygiene. The detachable pure water tank can be easily removed for cleaning and can also be placed in a refrigerator for chilled water.
