1. Introduction

The Waterdrop C1H Countertop Reverse Osmosis System provides filtered water with instant heating capabilities. This system is designed for ease of use and does not require permanent installation, making it suitable for various environments.

2. Safety Information

WARNING: HOT WATER RISK OF SCALDING.

Always exercise caution when dispensing hot water. Keep children away from the dispenser during operation. Do not use with well water or source water with Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) greater than 500 ppm.

3. Setup

The Waterdrop C1H system requires no plumbing installation. Simply place it on a stable countertop and plug it into a power outlet.

3.1 Initial Flushing Process

Before first use, or after filter replacement, perform the flushing process:

After powering on, the system will automatically begin rinsing the filter.
When the water tank indicator lights up and the screen displays 50%, empty the feed water tank and refill it with fresh water.
Continue rinsing until the screen displays 100%, indicating the process is complete.

4. Operating Instructions

The system features an intelligent digital screen for intuitive control.

4.1 Digital Screen Functions

The digital screen displays temperature, water volume, and filter life. It also provides indicators for:

Favorite Mode: Customize and save your preferred temperature and volume settings.
Filter Life: Monitors the remaining lifespan of the filter.
Flushing: Indicates when the system is performing a flush cycle.
Water Volume: Select from 5 preset water volumes.
Child Lock: Engages a safety lock for hot water dispensing.
Temperature: Choose from 5 preset temperature options (Room temp, 113°F, 140°F, 185°F, 203°F).

If the TDS level exceeds 150 ppm, the water dispenser key icon (💧) will flash as a reminder.

4.2 Dispensing Water

Water can be dispensed directly from the front spout or by removing the internal pure water tank. The front dispenser accommodates cups up to 9 inches in height with the drip tray removed.

5. Filtration System

The Waterdrop C1H utilizes a 6-stage reverse osmosis filtration system with a premium 0.0001µm RO membrane. This advanced filtration effectively reduces various contaminants, including:

PFOA and PFOS

Arsenic
Lead

The system is NSF/ANSI 58 & 372 certified for material safety and lead-free compliance, and SGS-tested for performance.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Filter Replacement

The filter has a lifespan of approximately 12 months. The digital screen will indicate when a replacement is needed. Filter replacement is designed to be quick and easy, taking approximately 3 seconds.

6.2 Cleaning

Regular cleaning of the system, especially the water tanks and drip tray, is recommended to maintain optimal performance and hygiene. The detachable pure water tank can be easily removed for cleaning and can also be placed in a refrigerator for chilled water.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Waterdrop C1H system, please refer to the following general advice:

No Water Dispensing: Check if the power cord is securely plugged in and if the water tanks are correctly seated. Ensure the child lock is not activated if attempting to dispense hot water.
TDS Indicator Flashing: This indicates high TDS levels. Perform a filter flush as described in the setup section. If the issue persists, consider replacing the filter.
Unusual Taste/Odor: Ensure the filter is correctly installed and has been properly flushed. If the problem continues after flushing and filter replacement, contact customer support.
System Not Heating: Verify that the desired temperature is selected and the system is not in a cooling-only mode (if applicable to your specific model variant).
