5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Devices

1. Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port on both the remote control and the collar receiver.
2. Plug the other end of the cable into a standard USB power adapter (not included).
3. The indicator light on both devices will show charging status (refer to device for specific light indications).
4. Charge for approximately 2-3 hours until fully charged. The remote offers up to 35 days of battery life, and the collar up to 25 days.

5.2 Fitting the Collar

Proper fit of the collar is crucial for effective and safe operation.

1. Ensure the collar is turned off before fitting.
2. Place the receiver on your dog's neck, ensuring the contact points are positioned underneath, touching the skin.
3. Adjust the strap so it is snug but not too tight. You should be able to fit two fingers comfortably between the strap and your dog's neck.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Turning On/Off

• Remote Control: Press and hold the power button until the screen illuminates/shuts off.
• Collar Receiver: Press and hold the power button until the indicator light turns on/off.

6.2 Selecting Training Modes and Levels

The remote control features dedicated buttons for each training mode:

• Sound Mode: Press the sound button to emit an audible tone. There are 9 different tones available.
• Vibration Mode: Press the vibration button to deliver a vibration. Levels 1-36 are adjustable.
• Static Stimulation Mode: Press the static stimulation button to deliver a safe static pulse. Levels 1-36 are adjustable.

To adjust the intensity level for Vibration or Static Stimulation, use the '+' and '-' buttons on the remote control. The current level will be displayed on the remote's screen.

6.3 Dual-Channel Operation

The remote supports training two dogs simultaneously.

• Use the channel switch button on the remote to toggle between Dog 1 and Dog 2.
• Ensure each collar receiver is paired to its respective channel (refer to pairing instructions if needed, typically automatic upon first power-on).

6.4 Security Lock

The remote control includes a security lock feature to prevent accidental static stimulation.

• To lock/unlock the static stimulation function, push the designated security lock switch (often labeled 'PUSH +') on the remote.
