Assembly Steps
- Handlebar Installation: Insert the handlebar stem into the fork tube. Ensure the handlebars are aligned with the front wheel and tighten the clamp bolts securely.
- Front Wheel Attachment: Attach the front wheel to the fork. Ensure the axle is properly seated and tighten the axle nuts firmly.
- Fender and Fairing Installation: Secure the front and rear fenders and side fairings using the provided screws.

Battery Charging
The Razor MX650 is powered by a 36-volt (three 12-volt) sealed lead-acid battery system. For optimal performance and battery life, it is crucial to follow proper charging procedures.
