5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Preparing Your Ingredients:

  • Prepare your ice cream mixture according to your recipe. For best results, ensure all ingredients are chilled in the refrigerator before adding them to the freezer bowl.
  • Do not fill the freezer bowl more than two-thirds full, as the mixture will expand during churning.

5.2 Making Ice Cream:

  1. Ensure the freezer bowl is completely frozen and the unit is assembled as described in Section 4.2.
  2. Plug the appliance into a suitable electrical outlet.
  3. Press the On/Off button to start the mixing paddle.
  4. Immediately pour your chilled ice cream mixture through the ingredient opening in the lid.
  5. Allow the machine to churn for 15 to 25 minutes, or until the desired consistency is reached. The churning time may vary depending on the recipe and room temperature.
  6. During the last 5 minutes of churning, you can add solid ingredients like nuts, chocolate chips, or fruit pieces through the ingredient opening.
  7. Once the ice cream reaches the desired consistency, press the On/Off button to stop the machine and unplug it.
  8. Remove the lid and mixing paddle. Use a plastic or wooden spatula to scoop the ice cream into a separate container. Avoid using metal utensils, as they can damage the freezer bowl.
  9. For firmer ice cream, transfer it to an airtight container and place it in the freezer for an additional 2-4 hours.
