3. Assembly
- Place the heating base on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
- Position the stainless steel frame securely onto the heating base.
- Insert the three GN 1/3 stainless steel containers into the frame.
- Place the lids on the GN containers.
Note: The unit can also be used as a hot plate without the GN containers and frame. In this configuration, place food directly on the heating surface.

4. Initial Cleaning
Before first use, clean all removable parts (GN containers and lids) with warm soapy water. Wipe the heating base with a damp cloth. Ensure all parts are completely dry before assembly and use.
Operating Instructions
1. Power Connection
Connect the power cord to a suitable grounded electrical outlet. The power indicator light will illuminate.

2. Temperature Setting
Turn the temperature control knob to select the desired temperature between 40°C and 75°C. The appliance will begin heating. The indicator light may cycle on and off as the unit maintains the set temperature.
3. Food Placement
Place pre-cooked, warm food into the GN containers. Ensure lids are properly seated to retain heat and moisture. If using as a hot plate, place heat-resistant dishes directly on the heating surface.
4. Monitoring

5. Shutting Down
