6.1 Cleaning
- Always unplug the treadmill before cleaning.
- Wipe down the surface with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Keep the display and control panel dry.
6.2 Lubrication
The running belt requires periodic lubrication to reduce friction and extend its lifespan. Use the provided lubricant or a silicone-based treadmill lubricant.
- Unplug the treadmill.
- Loosen the belt tension by turning the rear roller bolts counter-clockwise with the L-shaped wrench.
- Lift the edge of the running belt and apply a thin line of lubricant along the center of the deck.
- Tighten the belt tension by turning the rear roller bolts clockwise until the belt is snug but not overly tight.
- Plug in the treadmill and run it at a low speed (e.g., 1 km/h) for a few minutes to distribute the lubricant.
Frequency of lubrication depends on usage. For light use (less than 3 hours/week), lubricate every 3 months. For moderate use (3-6 hours/week), lubricate every 2 months. For heavy use (more than 6 hours/week), lubricate monthly.
