3. Assembly Instructions
The Shintenchi Criss Cross Office Chair is designed for quick and easy assembly, typically taking about 15 minutes. All necessary hardware and tools are included.

- Attach Wheels to Base: Insert the five wheels into the openings at the ends of the chair base. Push firmly until each wheel clicks into place.
- Insert Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the chair base.
- Attach Seat to Gas Lift: Carefully align the center mechanism of the seat with the top of the gas lift cylinder. Press down firmly to secure the seat onto the gas lift.

4. Operating Instructions
This chair offers adjustable height and a 360-degree swivel function for optimal comfort and mobility.
4.1. Height Adjustment
To adjust the seat height, locate the lever on the right side beneath the seat. While seated, pull the lever up to lower the seat. To raise the seat, stand up and pull the lever up. Release the lever at your desired height to lock it in place. The seat height can be adjusted from 13.8 inches to 16.5 inches.

4.2. Swivel Function
The chair features a 360-degree swivel function, allowing for easy rotation and access to different areas of your workspace without needing to reposition the entire chair.
4.3. Tilt Function
The chair includes an auto-adjustment of resistance for tilting back, providing lumbar support and comfort. To adjust the tilt tension, locate the round knob under the seat.
