4.1 Front Panel Controls

5. Setup
5.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the amplifier. Connect the included DC 9V power adapter to the DC 9V Input on the rear panel and plug it into a wall outlet. The charging indicator (if present on display) will show charging status. A full charge provides approximately 4 hours of battery life.

5.2 Connecting Your Guitar
Plug one end of a standard 1/4" instrument cable into your guitar's output jack and the other end into the INPUT Jack (5) on the front panel of the AMPCUBE QAM-20.
5.3 Powering On/Off
Press and hold the Power Button (1) for a few seconds until the display screen illuminates to turn the amplifier ON. To turn OFF, press and hold the Power Button (1) again until the display shuts off.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Basic Operation
Once powered on, the amplifier will load the last used preset. Use the PARA knob (3) to navigate through presets or adjust parameters within an effect. The MASTER knob (4) controls the overall output volume.
6.2 Bluetooth Connectivity
The AMPCUBE QAM-20 supports Bluetooth 5.0 for audio streaming and app control.
- Pairing for Audio: Activate Bluetooth on your mobile device. Search for "SONICAKE AMPCUBE" in the list of available devices and select it to pair. You can now stream backing tracks or music through the amplifier.
- App Control (MIDI): Download the dedicated SONICAKE app from your device's app store. Open the app and follow the in-app instructions to connect to the amplifier via Bluetooth MIDI. This allows for detailed tone editing and preset management.

6.3 Effects and Presets
The amplifier features over 80 professional effects and 100 preset tones. These can be accessed and edited via the dedicated mobile app for comprehensive tone shaping. The app allows for quick saving and retrieval of your customized tones.


6.4 USB Recording
Connect the amplifier to your computer using a USB cable (USB Port 6). The AMPCUBE QAM-20 can function as an audio interface, allowing you to record your guitar directly into a Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) software.
6.5 Built-in Tuner
The amplifier includes a built-in tuner. Activate the tuner function (refer to app or manual for specific button combination if not app-controlled) and tune your guitar using the visual feedback on the display screen.
