- Connect the provided USB to Type-C charging cable to the charging port at the back of the portable charging case.
- Plug the USB end of the cable into a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The digital display on the charging case will show the charging status for both the case and the individual hearing aids.
- A full charge typically takes 2-3 hours. It is recommended to charge overnight for the first charge.
Once fully charged, the hearing aids provide approximately 15 hours of working time (6 hours with Bluetooth enabled), and the charging case offers up to 60 hours of backup charging.

Initial Setup and Wearing
Selecting Ear Domes
The Hearivo QX Pro comes with various sizes of soft silicone ear domes. Choosing the correct size is crucial for comfort, sound quality, and to prevent feedback (whistling).
- Experiment with different ear dome sizes to find the one that creates a snug, comfortable seal in your ear canal.
- A proper seal minimizes sound leakage and reduces the likelihood of whistling.
Wearing the Hearing Aids
- Gently insert the hearing aid into your ear canal.
- Rotate it slightly until it feels secure and comfortable.
- Ensure the microphone hole on the hearing aid is not covered by your earlobe or other parts of your ear, as this can cause screeching.
- The hearing aids will automatically turn on approximately 3 seconds after being removed from the charging case and inserted into your ear.

Maintenance and Care
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your hearing aids.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Screeching/Whistling Sound | Improper fit, ear dome too small, microphone covered. | Ensure the ear dome creates a snug seal. Try a larger ear dome size. Make sure the hearing aid is fully inserted and the microphone is not obstructed. |
| No Sound/Low Volume | Low battery, ear dome blocked by wax, incorrect volume setting, device off. | Charge the hearing aids. Clean the ear dome and wax guard. Adjust volume using the multi-function button or app. Ensure the device is powered on. |
| Difficulty Connecting to App/Bluetooth | Bluetooth off, hearing aids not in pairing mode, app issue. | Ensure Bluetooth is on and hearing aids are out of the charging case. Restart your phone and the app. Forget the device in Bluetooth settings and re-pair. |
| Charging Case Not Charging | Faulty cable/adapter, improper connection. | Check the USB-C cable and adapter. Ensure the cable is securely plugged into both the case and the power source. |
