Before first use, fully charge your Hearivo QX Pro hearing aids and the portable charging case. The charging case has a built-in lithium-ion battery to provide backup power for the hearing aids.

  1. Connect the provided USB to Type-C charging cable to the charging port at the back of the portable charging case.
  2. Plug the USB end of the cable into a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
  3. The digital display on the charging case will show the charging status for both the case and the individual hearing aids.
  4. A full charge typically takes 2-3 hours. It is recommended to charge overnight for the first charge.

Once fully charged, the hearing aids provide approximately 15 hours of working time (6 hours with Bluetooth enabled), and the charging case offers up to 60 hours of backup charging.

Initial Setup and Wearing

Selecting Ear Domes

The Hearivo QX Pro comes with various sizes of soft silicone ear domes. Choosing the correct size is crucial for comfort, sound quality, and to prevent feedback (whistling).

Wearing the Hearing Aids

  1. Gently insert the hearing aid into your ear canal.
  2. Rotate it slightly until it feels secure and comfortable.
  3. Ensure the microphone hole on the hearing aid is not covered by your earlobe or other parts of your ear, as this can cause screeching.
  4. The hearing aids will automatically turn on approximately 3 seconds after being removed from the charging case and inserted into your ear.
