5. Troubleshooting

5.1 Common Issues and Solutions

Issue Possible Solution
Device does not power on. Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to the charger for at least 10 minutes, then try powering on again.
Slow performance or app crashes. Close unnecessary background applications. Clear cache for problematic apps. Restart the device. The Helio G81 Octa-core CPU and 24GB RAM are designed for smooth operation, but heavy multitasking can still impact performance.
Insufficient storage space. Delete unused apps and files. Transfer media to a computer or cloud storage. Utilize the TF card expansion slot (up to 2TB).
Poor GPS accuracy. Ensure you have a clear view of the sky. GPS performance can be affected by urban environments or specific regional satellite support (e.g., QZSS in Japan). Try using GPS in an open area.
Camera images are blurry in low light. Ensure steady hands when taking photos in low light. Use Night Mode if available. The 4-in-1 pixel binning technology helps, but extreme low light conditions may still pose challenges.
SIM card not detected or network issues. Ensure the SIM card is correctly inserted. Verify that your SIM card carrier's frequency bands are compatible with the device's supported bands (4G FDD: B1/B3/B7/B8/B19/B20/B28A/B28B, 4G TDD: B40/B41, 3G WCDMA: B1/B8, 2G GSM: B2/B3/B5/B8).
