6. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Camera not powering on | No power, faulty adapter, loose connection. | Check power outlet, ensure adapter is securely connected to camera and power source. Try a different outlet. |
| No live video feed / Connectivity issues | Weak 4G signal, inactive SIM, no data on SIM, app issues. | Verify 4G SIM card is active and has data. Check 4G signal strength at camera location. Restart camera and app. Ensure app is updated. |
| Motion detection alerts are inaccurate or too frequent | Sensitivity too high, environmental factors (e.g., moving branches). | Adjust motion detection sensitivity in the ezyLiv app. Ensure human detection is enabled to filter out non-human movements. |
| SD card not recording or playback issues | SD card full, corrupted, or improperly installed. | Check SD card status in the app. Format the SD card (backup data first). Ensure the SD card is correctly inserted and not faulty. Consider using a high-quality, compatible SD card. |
| Two-way audio not working | Microphone/speaker muted in app, low volume, network latency. | Ensure microphone and speaker icons are enabled in the app. Check phone volume. Improve 4G signal if possible. |
| Camera announces "Wi-Fi disconnected" (even if using 4G) | Possible firmware issue or misconfiguration. | Ensure camera is configured for 4G mode. Check for firmware updates. If issue persists, contact CP PLUS support. |
