4. Operation

4.1. Using the Bunk Beds

  • Upper Bunk: Access the upper bunk using the integrated ladder. Ensure the guardrails are always in place.
  • Lower Bunk: The lower bunk is easily accessible.

4.2. Using the Trundle Bed

  • To extend the trundle bed, gently pull it out from under the lower bunk using the handles or frame. The wheels allow for smooth movement.
  • To retract, push the trundle bed back under the lower bunk until it is fully stored.

5. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the metal frame with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish.
  • Inspection: Periodically check all bolts and connections to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten as necessary to maintain stability and safety.
  • Noise Reduction: The plastic stoppers are designed to reduce noise from moving slats. If noise occurs, check the stoppers and slat placement.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Bed Wobbles: Ensure all bolts are fully tightened. Check that the bed is on a level surface.
  • Squeaking Noise: Re-check all connections and ensure plastic stoppers are correctly installed on the slats. Lubricating metal-on-metal contact points with a silicone spray can also help.
  • Trundle Not Sliding Smoothly: Check for obstructions under the bed. Ensure trundle wheels are clean and free of debris.
  • Missing Parts: If parts are missing upon delivery, do not proceed with assembly. Contact customer support immediately.
