4. Setup Guide

1. 4.1 Charging Dock Placement

   Place the charging dock against a wall in an open, uncluttered area. Ensure there is at least 0.5 meters (1.6 feet) of clear space on both sides of the dock and 1.5 meters (4.9 feet) in front of it. Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet and connect it to the charging dock. Ensure the indicator light on the dock is on.

2. 4.2 Initial Charge

   Place the OKP L6 robot vacuum onto the charging dock, ensuring the charging contacts on the robot align with those on the dock. The robot will begin charging automatically. For first-time use, allow the robot to charge completely, which typically takes approximately 2.5 hours, before its initial cleaning cycle.

   Download the "OKP Smart" app from your mobile device's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your OKP L6 to your home Wi-Fi network. Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz, as the robot does not support 5GHz networks. The app provides full control over cleaning modes, scheduling, and monitoring.

4. 4.4 Dustbin and Mop Holder Installation

   The 450ml visible dustbin comes pre-installed. To use the mopping function, attach the magnetic mop holder to the bottom of the robot. Secure a disposable wet wipe onto the mop holder before use. Remove the mop holder when cleaning carpets or when the mopping function is not desired.

5. Operating Instructions

1. 5.1 Power On/Off

   To power on the robot, press and hold the power button on the robot's top panel until the indicator light illuminates. To power off, press and hold the power button again until the light turns off.

2. 5.2 Starting a Cleaning Cycle

   Press the power button once to start a cleaning cycle. The robot will automatically begin cleaning in its default mode. Alternatively, use the OKP Smart app or voice commands (via Alexa or Google Assistant) to initiate cleaning.

3. 5.3 Pausing/Resuming Cleaning

   During a cleaning cycle, press the power button once to pause the robot. Press it again to resume cleaning.

4. 5.4 Returning to Charging Dock

   The robot will automatically return to its charging dock when its battery is low or when a cleaning cycle is complete. You can also manually send it back to the dock via the OKP Smart app.

   The OKP L6 offers three adjustable cleaning modes. These can be selected and customized via the OKP Smart app. Options typically include Auto Clean, Spot Clean, and Edge Clean. Refer to the app for detailed descriptions and customization options for each mode.

   Attach the magnetic mop holder with a disposable wet wipe to the bottom of the robot. The robot will then perform a sweep and mop function. Remember to remove the mop holder before the robot cleans carpeted areas, as it will avoid carpets when the mop is attached.

• 6.1 Emptying the Dustbin

  Empty the 650ml visible dustbin after each cleaning cycle or when it appears full. Press the dustbin release button, pull out the dustbin, open its lid, and discard the collected debris. Rinse the dustbin with water if necessary, but ensure it is completely dry before re-installing.

• 6.2 Cleaning the Filter

  The HEPA filter should be cleaned weekly by tapping it gently to remove dust. Replace the filter every 3-6 months, depending on usage. Do not wash the HEPA filter with water.

• 6.3 Cleaning the Main Brush (if applicable) and Side Brushes

  While the L6 features a no-tangle suction design, periodically check the suction port for any trapped debris. Clean the side brushes regularly by removing any tangled hair or threads. Replace side brushes if they become worn or damaged.

• 6.4 Cleaning Sensors and Charging Contacts

  Wipe the cliff sensors, wall sensors, and charging contacts on both the robot and the charging dock with a clean, dry cloth monthly. This ensures proper navigation and charging.

• 6.5 Wheel Cleaning

  Remove any hair or debris that may have wrapped around the robot's wheels to ensure smooth movement.
