- Prepare the Area: Choose a flat, clear, and level surface for assembly. Ensure there are no sharp objects that could damage the tent fabric.
- Assemble the Roof Frame: Lay out all roof poles and connectors. Connect the shorter poles to form the rectangular roof sections, then join these sections using the longer ridge poles. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Attach the Canopy Top: Carefully drape the canopy top cover over the assembled roof frame. Ensure it is centered and aligned correctly. Secure the canopy to the frame using any integrated ties or Velcro straps.
- Install the Leg Poles: Attach the leg poles to the roof frame connectors. Gradually raise the tent structure, ensuring even lifting to prevent stress on the frame.
- Secure the Base: Once the frame is fully upright, attach the foot pads to the bottom of each leg.
- Install Sidewalls: Attach the removable sidewalls to the tent frame. Sidewalls typically attach with Velcro straps or ties to the poles. You can choose to install all 8 sidewalls, or fewer, depending on your needs for enclosure and ventilation.
- Anchor the Tent: This is a critical step for stability.
- Insert ground nails through the foot pads at the base of each leg and into the ground.
- Attach windproof ropes to the designated points on the tent frame (usually at the corners and mid-points of the roof structure). Angle the ropes outwards and secure them firmly to the ground with additional ground nails. Ensure ropes are taut.

Using Removable Sidewalls

- Installation: Attach sidewalls to the tent frame using the integrated Velcro straps or ties. Ensure they are securely fastened to prevent flapping in light breezes.
- Removal: To remove a sidewall, simply unfasten its attachments from the frame. This is useful for creating open entrances, improving airflow, or adapting to different event layouts.
- Door Panels: Utilize the zippered door panels for easy entry and exit. These can be rolled up and secured to remain open.
- Window Panels: The window panels provide natural light while maintaining enclosure.
Maintenance
