Setup and Assembly
Before first use, wash all removable parts (juice container, pulp container, filter basket, juicer cover, food pusher) in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth.
- Place the motor base on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
- Insert the pulp container into its designated position on the motor base.
- Place the filter basket onto the motor base, ensuring it is securely seated.
- Position the juicer cover over the filter basket and align it with the motor base.
- Secure the locking clamps on both sides of the juicer cover. Ensure they click into place, indicating the cover is properly locked. The appliance will not operate if the clamps are not secured.
- Place the juice container under the juice spout.
- Insert the food pusher into the feeding chute.
- Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet (220-240V).
Operating Instructions
Preparing Ingredients:
- Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
- For fruits with large seeds (e.g., peaches, plums, cherries), remove the seeds before juicing.
- For citrus fruits, peel them before juicing.
- The extra-large feeding chute allows for whole fruits and vegetables. However, for very large items, you may cut them into smaller pieces to fit.
Juicing Process:
- Ensure the juicer is correctly assembled and the juice container is in place.
- Turn the control dial to the desired speed setting:
- Speed 1 (Low): Suitable for soft fruits and vegetables (e.g., berries, grapes, tomatoes).
- Speed 2 (High): Suitable for hard fruits and vegetables (e.g., apples, carrots, celery).
- With the motor running, gradually feed the prepared fruits or vegetables into the feeding chute.
- Use the food pusher to gently guide the ingredients down. Do not force the ingredients, as this can damage the motor or reduce juice yield.
- The fresh juice will flow into the juice container, and the pulp will collect in the pulp container.
- When finished, turn the control dial to the "OFF" position and unplug the appliance.
Note: The appliance is equipped with an overheating protection system. If the motor becomes overloaded or overheated, the juicer will automatically shut off. If this occurs, turn the control dial to "OFF", unplug the appliance, and allow it to cool down for at least 15-20 minutes before attempting to use it again.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your juicer.
- Before cleaning, always turn the control dial to "OFF" and unplug the appliance from the power outlet.
- Disassemble the juicer by releasing the locking clamps and removing the food pusher, juicer cover, filter basket, juice container, and pulp container.
- Empty the pulp container and juice container.
- Rinse all removable parts under running water. Use the included cleaning brush to remove any pulp residue from the filter basket. Pay special attention to the fine mesh of the filter.
- Wash all removable parts in warm soapy water. They are generally not dishwasher safe; refer to specific markings if present.
- Rinse thoroughly and dry all parts completely before reassembling or storing.
- Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
- Store the assembled juicer in a dry place.
