Setup and Assembly
Your GYMAX Pool Basketball Hoop requires assembly. Please ensure all parts are present before beginning. Refer to the included user guide for detailed diagrams.

Assembly Steps:
- Unpack all components and verify against the parts list in the included user guide.
- Attach the main pole sections together according to the instructions.
- Secure the backboard to the upper pole section. The backboard is a 32-inch shatterproof PC backboard with a reinforced PE frame for impact resistance.
- Install the rim and net onto the backboard. The rim has an inner diameter of 15 inches.
- Connect the assembled pole and backboard to the base unit.
- Fill the base with water or sand for stability. The base can hold up to 88 lbs of water or 66 lbs of sand. This prevents tipping during active play.
- Ensure all screws and fasteners are tightened securely.

Operating Instructions
Adjusting Height:
The GYMAX Pool Basketball Hoop features 4 adjustable rim heights, ranging from 3.1 ft to 4.1 ft. To adjust the height, loosen the adjustment knobs or pins (refer to your specific user guide for exact mechanism), slide the pole to the desired height, and then securely fasten the knobs or pins. Ensure the hoop is stable after adjustment.

Moving the Hoop:
The base is equipped with two built-in wheels for easy mobility. To move the hoop, tilt it slightly onto its wheels and roll it to your desired location. Always ensure the path is clear and the base is securely filled to prevent accidental tipping during movement.

Usage Environment:
This basketball hoop is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Its powder-coated metal frame is designed for long-lasting performance in pool areas. When using outdoors, ensure it is placed on a flat, stable surface.
