1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the LUMISOL 36-inch Bathroom Vanity with Sink. This manual provides essential information for the safe and correct assembly, installation, operation, and maintenance of your new vanity. Please read all instructions carefully before beginning assembly and retain this manual for future reference.

This vanity features a modern design with a ceramic undermount sink, four storage drawers, and soft-close doors, providing both functionality and style for your bathroom space.

2. Safety Information

  • Always follow local plumbing and building codes during installation.
  • Ensure all connections are watertight to prevent leaks and water damage.
  • Do not overtighten screws during assembly to avoid damaging the wood or MDF panels.
  • Use appropriate safety gear, such as gloves and eye protection, during assembly.
  • Keep small parts away from children to prevent choking hazards.
  • The vanity has a weight capacity of 400 lbs. Do not exceed this limit.
  • This product is designed for indoor use only.

3. Package Contents

Before beginning assembly, verify that all components listed below are present and undamaged. If any parts are missing or damaged, please contact customer support.

Note: Faucet and drain assembly are not included and must be purchased separately.

4. Setup and Assembly

Full assembly is required for this vanity. It is suggested that one person can complete the assembly, and all necessary tools are included in the package. Please follow the steps below carefully.

4.1 Unpacking and Preparation

  • Carefully unpack all components and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches.
  • Identify all parts against the included parts list.

4.2 Cabinet Assembly

Assemble the main cabinet structure using the provided screws and connectors. Ensure all panels are aligned correctly before tightening screws.

The cabinet features a solid wood frame and MDF panels for durability. The back of the cabinet is open to facilitate easy access for plumbing connections.

4.3 Drawer and Door Installation

Install the four storage drawers and two soft-close doors into the assembled cabinet. The drawers are designed with varying depths and widths for optimized storage.

Ensure the soft-close hinges for the doors and drawer slides are installed correctly for smooth operation.

4.4 Sink Installation

Place the ceramic undermount sink onto the cabinet base. The sink top is pre-drilled for an 8-inch widespread faucet (not included) and includes a chrome overflow to prevent spills.

Secure the sink to the cabinet according to the instructions provided with the sink. Connect your chosen faucet and drain assembly (not included) to the sink and plumbing lines, ensuring all connections are sealed properly to prevent leaks.

5. Operating Instructions

The LUMISOL vanity is designed for daily bathroom use. Its features include:

  • Soft-Close Doors: The cabinet doors are equipped with soft-close hinges to prevent slamming and ensure quiet operation.
  • Storage Drawers: Utilize the four drawers for organizing various bathroom essentials. The different sizes allow for versatile storage.
  • Undersink Cabinet: The two-door cabinet provides ample space for larger items or plumbing access.

Always close drawers and doors gently to maintain the soft-close mechanism and prolong the life of the vanity.

6. Maintenance

Proper care and maintenance will ensure the longevity and appearance of your LUMISOL vanity.

  • Ceramic Sink: Wipe or rinse the sink after each use to prevent water spots and stains. For deeper cleaning, use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner and a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers that can damage the glossy surface.
  • Cabinet Surface: Clean the wooden and MDF surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn marks, use a mild soap solution and immediately wipe dry. Avoid excessive moisture, as it can damage the wood finish.
  • Spills: Immediately wipe up any spills on the vanity surface to prevent water damage or staining.
  • Hardware: Periodically check and tighten any loose screws on handles, hinges, or drawer slides.
  • Avoid: Do not use abrasive cleaners, ammonia-based products, or steel wool on any part of the vanity.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your vanity, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
