2. What's in the Box

3. Setup Guide

5. Maintenance
5.1. Cleaning
To clean your keyboard, disconnect it from your computer. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the keycaps and chassis. For deeper cleaning, you may use a keycap puller to remove keycaps and clean underneath with compressed air or a small brush. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
5.2. Switch and Keycap Replacement
Thanks to the hot-swappable design, switches and keycaps can be easily replaced. Use the provided keycap puller to gently remove keycaps. For switches, use a switch puller (not included, but commonly available) to carefully extract the switch. Align new switches and press them firmly into place. Ensure the pins are not bent before insertion.
6. Troubleshooting
- Keyboard Not Responding:
- Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the keyboard and the computer.
- Try connecting the keyboard to a different USB port on your computer.
- Restart your computer.
- Backlighting Not Working/Incorrect:
- Check the keyboard's lighting controls (Fn key combinations) to ensure backlighting is enabled and set to the desired mode.
- Ensure the proprietary driver software is installed and up-to-date, as it controls advanced lighting settings.
- Keys Not Registering/Sticky Keys:
- Clean the affected key(s) and the area underneath the keycaps.
- If a switch is faulty, use the provided extra switches and a switch puller to replace it.
