4. Setup and Assembly
The Marsail NS0 Adjustable Base is designed for quick and tool-free assembly. The mattress will expand to its full size within 72 hours after unboxing.
4.1. Adjustable Base Assembly
- Unpack the Base: Carefully remove the adjustable base from its packaging. Place the folded base on a flat, clear surface.
- Unfold the Frame: Gently unfold the base frame. Ensure all hinges lock securely into place.
- Attach the Legs: Screw the adjustable legs into the threaded holes on the underside of the base. Hand-tighten until snug.
- Connect Power: Locate the control box and connect the power cord. Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Install Retainer Bar: Insert the mattress retainer bar(s) into the designated holes at the foot of the base.

4.2. Mattress Setup
- Unpack the Mattress: Carefully remove the compressed mattress from its box and plastic wrapping.
- Place on Base: Position the rolled mattress on top of the assembled adjustable base.
- Allow to Expand: Unroll the mattress and allow it to expand. The mattress will typically expand within a few hours, but full expansion may take up to 72 hours.
5. Operating Instructions
Your Marsail NS0 Adjustable Base is operated using the included wireless remote control. Ensure the remote has fresh batteries and is paired with the base (refer to pairing instructions in troubleshooting if needed).
5.1. Wireless Remote Control Functions
- Head Up/Down: Adjusts the head section of the bed from 0 to 60 degrees.
- Foot Up/Down: Adjusts the foot section of the bed from 0 to 45 degrees.
- FLAT: Returns the bed to a completely flat position.
- ZERO G: Activates the Zero Gravity preset position, which elevates the head and feet to a position that may relieve pressure on the back.
