3. Setup and Pairing

3.1 First-Time Connection

1. Remove the earbuds from the charging case and peel off any insulating stickers.
2. Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid.
3. Open the lid again to enter pairing mode.
4. On your smartphone, enable Bluetooth and search for "JOYROOM Openfree OE3".
5. Select "JOYROOM Openfree OE3" to pair.

3.2 App Setup and Customization

For enhanced features and customization, download the JOYROOM Audio App.

1. Open the JOYROOM Audio App on your smartphone.
2. The app will search for your JR-OE3 earbuds. Select them to add the device.

4. Wearing the Earbuds

• Double-tap: Play/Pause audio, Answer/End call.

8.1 Factory Reset

If troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, you can perform a factory reset:

1. Place both earbuds into the charging case.
2. Press and hold the button on the charging case for 8 seconds.
3. The white light on the charging case will flash three times, indicating a successful reset.
4. Remove the earbuds and re-pair them with your device.
