Setup

Battery Installation

The flashlight comes with a rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery. To install or replace the battery, unscrew the tail cap of the flashlight. Insert the battery with the positive (+) end facing towards the head of the flashlight. Securely screw the tail cap back on.

Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the flashlight. Locate the Type-C USB charging port, typically covered by a red rubber flap. Open the flap and connect the provided USB cable to the flashlight and a compatible USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port). The indicator light on the button will show red during charging and turn green when fully charged. Charging typically takes approximately 3 hours.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off and Mode Selection

To Turn On: Press the power button once. The flashlight will activate in High mode.
To Cycle Modes (Main Light): With the flashlight on, press the power button repeatedly to cycle through High, Low, and Strobe modes.
To Activate COB Sidelight: From any main light mode, double-press the power button to activate the COB sidelight. Press again to cycle through COB High, COB Low, and COB Red Strobe (SOS) modes.
Smart One-Key Off: To turn off the flashlight directly from any mode, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.

Zoom Function

The flashlight features a telescopic zoom function. Gently push or pull the head of the flashlight to adjust the beam from a wide floodlight to a focused spotlight. This allows you to illuminate a large area or concentrate the light on a specific point.

Magnetic Base Usage

The strong magnetic base allows you to attach the flashlight to any iron surface, providing hands-free illumination. This is particularly useful for tasks requiring both hands, such as car repairs, working in dark spaces, or as an emergency light during power outages.

Maintenance

Cleaning: Wipe the flashlight body with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
Water Resistance: The flashlight has an IPX6 water-resistant rating, meaning it can withstand strong jets of water. Ensure the USB charging port cover is securely closed to maintain water resistance. It is not designed for submersion.
Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Recharge the flashlight when the battery indicator shows low power. The overcharge protection feature prevents damage from prolonged charging.
Storage: Store the flashlight in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.

Troubleshooting

Flashlight Not Turning On: Ensure the battery is correctly installed and fully charged.
Dim Light Output: The battery may be low. Recharge the flashlight.
Charging Issues: Check if the USB cable is properly connected to both the flashlight and the power source. Ensure the charging port is clean and free of debris. If using a Type-C port, ensure the cable is compatible.
Water Ingress: While rated IPX6, extreme conditions or improper sealing of the charging port cover can lead to water ingress. If water enters the device, immediately turn it off, remove the battery, and allow it to dry completely before attempting to use it again.
