Setup

1. Unboxing and Preparation

1. Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Remove all protective films and packing materials from the robot and base station.
3. Install the Base Station Ramp Extension by aligning it with the base station's front and pressing firmly until it clicks into place.

2. Base Station Placement

• Place the base station on a hard, level surface against a wall.
• Ensure there is at least 0.5 meters (1.6 feet) of clear space on both sides and 1.5 meters (4.9 feet) in front of the base station.
• Plug the base station into a power outlet. Ensure the power switch on the back of the base station is in the 'ON' position.

3. Filling Water and Solution Tanks

The base station automatically refills water and cleaning solutions.

• Open the top cover of the base station.
• Remove the clean water tank and fill it with tap water.
• Insert the provided 200ml cleaning solution into the designated dispenser module.
• Place the clean water tank and solution dispenser back into the base station.

4. Initial Robot Charging and App Connection

• Place the robot vacuum onto the base station. It will automatically begin charging.
• Download the DREAME Home app from your smartphone's app store.
• Follow the in-app instructions to connect your robot vacuum to your home Wi-Fi network (2.4 GHz only).
• Once connected, the app will guide you through the initial mapping process of your home.

Operating Instructions

1. Starting and Stopping Cleaning

• Via Robot: Press the power button on the robot to start or pause cleaning. Press and hold to send it back to the base station.
• Via App: Use the DREAME Home app to start, pause, or send the robot back to the base station.
• Voice Control: The robot supports voice commands via third-party assistants like Alexa, Siri, and Google Home. (Requires integration setup in the app).

2. Cleaning Modes

Select desired cleaning modes through the DREAME Home app:

• Vacuum Only: For dry debris and carpets.
• Mop Only: For hard floors requiring wet cleaning.
• Vacuum & Mop: Simultaneous vacuuming and mopping.

The robot's ProLeap system allows it to clear obstacles up to 2.36 inches.

1. Base Station Maintenance

• Empty Dirty Water Tank: Regularly empty the dirty water tank in the base station.
• Refill Clean Water Tank: Ensure the clean water tank is always filled for mopping and self-cleaning.
• Replace Dust Bag: The base station's dust bag typically needs replacement every 100 days, depending on usage.
• Check Solution Dispenser: Ensure the cleaning solution module has sufficient solution.

2. Robot Component Cleaning

The HyperStream Detangling DuoBrush minimizes hair tangles.

• Mopping Roller: The roller mop undergoes automatic self-cleaning and hot air drying in the base station. Periodically inspect it for debris and clean manually if necessary.
