Setup and First Use

1. Initial Charging: Before first use, fully charge your LELO SONA 3 for 2 hours using the provided USB charging cable. The device is fully charged when the indicator light stops blinking.

Operating Instructions

The LELO SONA 3 features intuitive controls for a personalized experience.

• To Turn On: Press the + button or the central power button.
• To Switch Between Modes: Press the central button shortly. The SONA 3 offers 12 distinct pleasure settings.
• To Adjust Intensity: Press the + button to increase intensity or the - button to decrease intensity. The SmoothRise technology ensures gentle transitions.
• To Turn Off: Press and hold the central button.
• Travel Lock: To activate or deactivate the travel lock, press and hold both the + and - buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. This prevents accidental activation during travel.
• App-Connected Features: Connect your device via Bluetooth to the LELO app to unlock two additional modes and the Love Bridge feature for long-distance couple play.

• Drying: Pat dry with a lint-free cloth or allow to air dry completely before storing.
• Storage: Store your SONA 3 in its satin pouch in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Lubricants: Only use water-based lubricants with your LELO SONA 3. Oil-based or silicone-based lubricants can damage the silicone material.

• Device Not Turning On: Ensure the device is fully charged. If the battery is depleted, charge it for 2 hours.
• App Connectivity Issues:
  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.

  • Try restarting both your device and the LELO app.
  • If issues persist, try unpairing and re-pairing the device within the app's settings.
• Device Not Responding: If the device becomes unresponsive, try activating the travel lock (hold + and - for 3 seconds) to reset it, then deactivate it.
