Control Panel Functions

The LED display and control panel provide visual indicators and interactive buttons for managing the feeder.

  • WiFi Connection Status: Indicates network connectivity.

5. Setup Guide

Follow these steps for the initial setup of your Invengo MeowServe S20 Automatic Pet Feeder.

  1. Unpack: Press the lock buckle to open the lid. Take out all accessories and remove any packing materials from inside the feeder.
  2. Install Backup Batteries (Optional but Recommended): Plug in the DC cable. Install 3 x D-cell alkaline batteries (not included) into the battery compartment at the bottom of the unit. This provides backup power in case of a power outage.
  3. Place Bowl: Insert the stainless steel food bowl into its designated holder at the base of the feeder.
  4. Insert Desiccant: Open the desiccant box located under the lid and place the included desiccant bag inside. Close the desiccant box. This helps keep the food fresh.
  5. Fill with Food: Unlock the top lid and fill the food tank with dry pet food. Ensure the lid is securely locked by closing it firmly.
  6. Connect Power: Plug the included power adapter into the power port on the feeder and then into a wall outlet. The LED display will light up, indicating the feeder is powered on.

Dual Power Operation

The feeder can be powered by the DC 5V power cable or by 3 x D-cell alkaline batteries (not included) for backup. Using both ensures your pet is fed even during power interruptions.

6. App Installation & Wi-Fi Connection

Control your MeowServe S20 feeder from anywhere using the mobile app.

  1. Download the App: Search for the 'Invengo Pet' app (or similar, check manual for exact name) on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and install it on your smartphone.
  2. Register/Log In: Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account or log in if you already have one.

7. Operating Instructions

7.1 Scheduling Meals

Set up automated feeding schedules through the app to ensure your pet is fed regularly.

  • Open the Invengo Pet app and select your feeder.
  • Navigate to the 'Meal Plan' or 'Schedule' section.
  • Add new feeding times, specifying the time of day and the number of portions for each meal.
  • Save your schedule. The feeder will automatically dispense food according to your settings.

7.2 Manual Feeding

You can dispense food instantly using the app or the physical button on the feeder.

  • Via App: In the app, select the 'Feed Now' or 'Manual Feed' option to dispense a single portion immediately.
  • Via Feeder: Double-tap the manual feed button on the control panel (ensure the panel is unlocked) to dispense one portion.

7.3 Portion Control

  1. Disassembly: Unplug the feeder. Remove the food bowl, food tank, and lid components.
  2. Washable Parts: The stainless steel bowl, food tank, and lid components are washable. Clean them with mild soap and water, then rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reassembly.
  3. Non-Washable Parts: The main feeder base, which contains electronic components, is NOT washable. Wipe it clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
  4. Reassembly: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling the feeder.

Keeping Food Fresh
