  • Clean the canopy fabric with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners.

  • Wipe down the steel frame with a damp cloth.

6.2. Storage

  • Disassemble the tent according to the reverse of the setup instructions.
  • Ensure all components are clean and dry before packing.
  • Store the tent in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Tent instability: Ensure all ropes and stakes are properly secured. Check that all frame connections are tight and the legs are evenly extended.
  • Water pooling on canopy: Verify that the canopy fabric is taut and properly stretched over the frame. The design is intended to prevent stagnation, but extreme conditions or improper setup can lead to pooling.
  • Difficulty with assembly/disassembly: Ensure you have at least two people for setup. Refer to the setup instructions and check that poles and connectors are correctly oriented.
  • Side walls not fitting: Check that the correct walls are being attached to the appropriate sections and that zippers or fasteners are aligned.
