5. Installation

The NIORSUN wall sconce is designed for easy, wireless installation. No electrical wiring is required.

  1. Prepare the Mounting Location: Choose a desired location on your wall. Ensure the surface is clean and dry.
  2. Mark Drill Holes: Hold the sconce's base against the wall at the desired height and mark the positions for the mounting screws.
  3. Drill and Insert Anchors: Drill pilot holes at the marked positions. Insert the provided wall anchors if necessary for drywall installation.
  4. Mount the Base: Secure the sconce's base to the wall using the provided screws.
  5. Attach the Light Tube: The light tube is detachable. Align the light tube with the base and gently push it into place until it clicks securely.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Remote Control Operation

The included remote control allows for convenient adjustment of your wall sconce from a distance.

  • Power On/Off: Press the ON/OFF button.
  • Adjust Brightness: Use the +/- buttons to cycle through 25%, 60%, and 100% brightness levels.
  • Change Color Temperature: Press the CCT button to switch between 2700K (Warm White), 4000K (Natural White), and 5000K (Cool White).
  • Set Timer: Press the 1H or 6H button to set the light to turn off after 1 or 6 hours, respectively.

6.2. Touch Control Operation

A touch-sensitive button is located on the sconce's base for direct control.

  • Short Press: Tap the button to adjust brightness (25% → 60% → 100% → Off).
  • Long Press: Press and hold the button to change the color temperature (2700K → 4000K → 5000K).

7. Charging the Sconce

The wall sconce is equipped with a rechargeable battery. When the battery is low, the light output may decrease or the light may not turn on.

  1. Locate the USB-C Port: The USB-C charging port is located on the side of the sconce's round base (refer to Figure 1).
  2. Connect Charger: Plug the provided USB-C cable into the sconce's charging port and connect the other end to a standard USB power adapter (not included).
  3. Charging Indicator: A small indicator light near the charging port will illuminate during charging and change color or turn off when fully charged.
  4. Charging Time: A full charge typically takes 6-7 hours.
