Setup Instructions

Assembly requires at least 3 adults and approximately 1.5 hours. Follow these steps for proper installation:

  1. Assemble the Top Frame: Lay out all frame components on a flat, clear surface. Connect the poles according to the included diagram, forming the roof structure. Ensure all connections are secure.
  2. Install the Cover: Carefully drape the top cover over the assembled roof frame. Align the cover properly and secure it to the frame using the provided fasteners (e.g., bungee balls, velcro straps).
  3. Attach the Legs: Lift the assembled roof and attach the leg poles to the frame. Secure each leg firmly. Once the main structure is standing, attach the sidewalls and zipper doors as desired.
  4. Secure the Tent: Use the ground nails for grassy surfaces or expansion screws for cement surfaces to anchor the tent securely. Attach wind ropes to designated points on the frame and stake them into the ground to enhance stability, especially in windy conditions.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Clean the PE fabric cover and sidewalls with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, which can damage the material. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storage.
  • Frame Care: The iron frame is hot-dip galvanized for rust resistance. Periodically inspect the frame for any signs of damage or corrosion. Clean any dirt or debris from the poles and connectors.
  • Storage: Ensure the tent cover, sidewalls, and frame components are completely dry before packing them into the Oxford storage bags. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prolong the lifespan of the materials.
  • Inspection: Before each use, inspect all poles, connectors, fabric, ground nails, and wind ropes for wear, damage, or missing parts. Replace any damaged components immediately.

Troubleshooting

  • Tent Instability: Ensure all ground nails or expansion screws are properly installed and secured. Check that wind ropes are taut and correctly anchored. Disassemble the tent if wind speeds exceed 25 mph.
  • Bent Poles/Damaged Parts: If any poles are bent or parts are damaged during shipping or assembly, contact customer service for replacement parts. Do not attempt to force damaged parts together.
  • Water Leakage: Ensure the top cover is correctly installed and taut, preventing water pooling. Check for any tears or punctures in the fabric.
  • Difficulty Assembling: Refer to the detailed setup instructions and assembly videos. Ensure all pieces are correctly identified and matched according to the labeling. Having multiple people assist with assembly can significantly ease the process.
