1. Setup and Assembly

Before first use, ensure all components are present and undamaged. Assemble the vacuum cleaner according to the following steps:

1. Attach the Telescopic Tube: Connect the telescopic tube to the main body of the vacuum cleaner. Ensure it clicks securely into place.
2. Connect the Floor Brush: Attach the floor brush with V-Roller to the other end of the telescopic tube. Verify a secure connection.
3. Install the Battery: Insert the Lithium-Ion battery into the designated slot on the main body. Ensure it is fully charged before initial use. Charging time is approximately 4 hours.
4. Wall Mount Installation (Optional): Use the provided screws and expansion plugs to securely mount the wall bracket in a convenient location for storage and charging.

2. Operating Instructions

The SunSare X11 offers powerful and versatile cleaning for various surfaces.

1. Power On/Off: Press the power button on the handle to turn the vacuum on or off.
2. Adjust Suction Power: The vacuum features 7 power levels. Use the control buttons on the handle to cycle through the different suction modes (Eco, Mid, Max) to suit your cleaning needs. The digital display will indicate the current power level and battery status.
3. LED Headlights: The floor brush is equipped with green LED lights that illuminate dust particles on the floor, making invisible dirt visible for thorough cleaning.
4. Aromatherapy Function: The built-in aroma diffuser releases a fresh scent while cleaning. Insert the aromatherapy tablet into its designated slot to activate this feature.

3. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your vacuum cleaner.

1. Emptying the Dust Cup: The 1.5L large dust cup can be emptied with a single press of a button. Position the dust cup over a trash bin and press the release button to dispose of collected debris.
2. Cleaning Filters: The vacuum uses HEPA filters. Regularly check and clean the stainless steel filter and HEPA filters. Tap them gently to remove dust or rinse with water if heavily soiled (ensure they are completely dry before re-inserting). Replace filters as needed; two extra HEPA filters are included.
3. Cleaning the Floor Brush: The upgraded floor brush is designed to effectively reduce hair entanglement. If hair or debris accumulates, use the provided hair cleaning tool to cut and remove any tangled strands from the V-Roller.

4. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your SunSare X11, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:

• No Power: Ensure the battery is fully charged and correctly inserted. Check if the power adapter is properly connected during charging.
• Loss of Suction: Check the dust cup and empty it if full. Inspect all filters (stainless steel, HEPA) for blockages and clean them. Ensure all connections (telescopic tube, floor brush) are secure. Check for any blockages in the nozzle or tube.
• Brush Roll Not Spinning: Turn off the vacuum and check the floor brush for any tangled hair or debris that might be obstructing the V-Roller. Use the hair cleaning tool to clear any blockages.
• Unusual Noise: Turn off the vacuum immediately. Check for any foreign objects caught in the brush roll, tube, or dust cup. Ensure all parts are correctly assembled.
