4. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps to properly install your Jelkuz Motorcycle CarPlay system. It is recommended to have basic knowledge of motorcycle electrical systems or seek professional assistance.
4.1 Mounting the Screen
- Choose a suitable location on your motorcycle handlebars for the 7-inch screen, ensuring it does not obstruct your view or interfere with controls.
- Attach the mounting bracket securely to the handlebars using the provided tools.
- Slide the main screen unit onto the mounting bracket until it clicks into place. Adjust the viewing angle for optimal visibility.
4.2 Camera Installation
The system includes a 4K front camera and a 1080P rear camera for comprehensive recording.
- Front Camera: Mount the 4K front camera in a position that provides a clear, unobstructed view of the road ahead. Ensure it is securely fastened.
- Rear Camera: Mount the 1080P rear camera at the back of your motorcycle, ensuring a clear view of the road behind.

4.4 Inserting the SD Card
Insert the provided 64GB TF card into the designated SD card slot on the main unit. Ensure it is inserted correctly until it clicks into place. This card is essential for DVR recording.
4.5 Connecting the Wired Controller
Connect the wired controller to its port on the main unit. Mount the controller in an easily accessible location near your handlebars for safe operation while riding.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On/Off
The device will power on automatically when your motorcycle's ignition is turned on (if connected to ACC power). To power off, simply turn off the ignition.
5.2 Wireless CarPlay & Android Auto
The Jelkuz screen supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, allowing seamless integration with your smartphone.
- Ensure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on your smartphone.
- On the CarPlay screen, navigate to the CarPlay or Android Auto icon.

5.3 4K+1080P Motorcycle DVR Function
The integrated dashcam records both front (4K) and rear (1080P) views simultaneously, providing crucial evidence in case of incidents.
- Automatic Recording: The DVR starts recording automatically when the device powers on.
- Loop Recording: Older files are overwritten by new recordings when the SD card is full, ensuring continuous recording.
- Video/Picture Locking: In case of sudden impact or manual activation, current video segments can be locked to prevent overwriting.
- Viewing Recordings: You can view recorded videos and photos directly on the screen or by connecting the SD card to a computer.
