- Hot Surface Warning: During operation, the exhaust pipe heats up to 250°C (482°F). DO NOT TOUCH. Use heat-resistant gloves for installation and removal.
- Overheat Protection: The heater is equipped with multiple safeguards, including overheat protection. If the vent is blocked for too long, the unit will automatically shut down to prevent overheating.
- Voltage Protection: Integrated voltage protection prevents damage from power fluctuations.
- Short-Circuit Protection: The unit includes short-circuit protection for electrical safety.
- Leak-Proof Design: The fuel cap and tank are designed to prevent leaks, but always ensure the cap is securely tightened (turn for 3 clicks).
- Ventilation: Avoid dead angles in the intake and exhaust pipes to prevent poor circulation, which may lead to smoke and carbon buildup.
- Exhaust Placement: The exhaust pipe outlet must not face the wind and should be kept away from flammable materials.
- Power Disconnection: Do not disconnect the power supply arbitrarily while the heater is running, as this may damage the diesel heater.
- Indoor Use: This heater is designed for outdoor use or in well-ventilated areas. It must not be installed indoors without proper ventilation for exhaust.

3. Setup
Follow these steps for quick and easy installation of your diesel heater.
3.1 Exhaust Pipe Installation
- Screw the 304 Stainless Steel Exhaust Pipe into the designated port on the heater unit.
- Slide a Copper Coated Hose Clamp onto the exhaust pipe.
- Attach the Exhaust Pipe Muffler Silencer to the end of the exhaust pipe and tighten the hose clamp securely.

3.2 Air Outlet Pipe Installation
- Slide a Stainless Steel Hose Clamp onto the Air Outlet Pipe.
- Insert the Air Outlet Pipe into the heater's air outlet vent and tighten the hose clamp securely.
- Attach the Heater Duct Vent Outlet to the end of the Air Outlet Pipe.

3.3 Fueling the Heater
- Ensure the heater is powered off before fueling.
- Unscrew the fuel cap located on top of the unit.
- Carefully pour diesel fuel into the 5L tank. Minor fuel residue from factory checks is normal.
- Securely tighten the fuel cap by turning it until you hear 3 clicks. This ensures a leak-proof seal.

3.4 Power Connection

- AC Power: Use the provided 110-240V AC Power Cord to connect to a standard wall outlet.
- DC Power (12V/24V):
- Car Adapter: Use the XT60 Car Adapter Cable to connect to a vehicle's cigarette lighter socket.
- Battery Connection: Use the Positive/Negative Power Cord to directly connect to a 12V or 24V battery. Ensure a 12V 15A+ peak output is available for DC power sources like power stations or batteries.

4. Operating Instructions
The heater can be operated via the LCD control panel, remote control, or a dedicated mobile application.
4.1 LCD Control Panel
The LCD control panel provides real-time information and allows direct control of the heater settings.
- On/Off Button: Press and hold the right button for 3 seconds to power on/off.
- Adjust Timer: Use the left knob to adjust timer settings.
- Power Level: Rotate the right knob to adjust the heating power (1.4 kW to 5.0 kW).
- Indicators: The display shows Fuel Pump, Air Blower, Ignition Electrode, Heater Core status, wattage, efficiency, voltage, and current time.

4.2 Remote Control

- Timing Configuration: Set start and shut down times for the device. For example, schedule it to start at 01:00 and shut down after one hour of work.
- Fault Reminder: If the fault reminder icon in the upper right corner of the screen turns red, you can view current fault information and repair it according to the fault code prompt.
- Monitoring: View combustion efficiency, current voltage, and other operational data.

4.4 Initial Startup and Fuel Bleeding
Upon first startup, the fuel line needs to be bled to ensure diesel reaches the main unit for ignition. An E1 error on first startup is normal. Restart the heater if this occurs.
The heater will boot up in approximately 1-5 minutes. Once the 1.4 kW indicator is displayed, the startup process is complete.

6. Troubleshooting (FAQ)
- Q: Why does the first ignition fail with error code E1?
A: The fuel line needs to be bled, and diesel must reach the main unit for ignition. E1 error on first startup is normal. Restart the heater. - Q: Why won't the diesel heater ignite when connected to a power station?
A: For DC power, a battery or power station with a 12V 15A+ peak output is required, such as the BougeRV JuiceGo 240Wh Power Station or 277Wh Battery. - Q: What precautions are needed for high-temperature parts?
A: Avoid touching the exhaust pipe or covering it with flammable items during operation. At 77°F (25°C), the exhaust pipe can reach 482°F (250°C). - Q: Why is there diesel residue on the fuel tank cap?
A: Each heater is tested before shipping, which may leave minor diesel residue. This ensures the product works properly.
