This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and effective use of your MIPEACE Neckband Bluetooth Work Headphones, Model MI04U. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the device and retain it for future reference.

The MIPEACE MI04U headphones are designed for use in demanding work environments, offering 29dB noise reduction, Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity, and a durable, sweat-resistant design. They are equipped with features such as 4 EQ modes, call vibration alerts, and a long-lasting battery to enhance your safety and productivity.

2. Safety Information

Important Safety Instructions:

• Hearing Protection: These headphones provide 29dB noise reduction. Always ensure proper fit of the ear tips to achieve the stated noise reduction level. Improper fit can compromise hearing protection.
• Environmental Awareness: While these headphones reduce noise, they should not be used in situations where the inability to hear ambient sounds (e.g., alarms, warning signals, vehicle traffic) could pose a danger to yourself or others.

Control Panel Functions:

• Power Button: Press and hold to power on/off.
• Volume Up (+): Increase volume.
• Volume Down (-): Decrease volume.
• Multi-function Button (MFB): Play/pause music, answer/end calls, activate voice assistant.
• EQ Mode Button: Cycle through available EQ modes.

5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Headphones

1. Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port on the neckband.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
3. The LED indicator will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 3 hours.
4. A 10-minute quick charge provides approximately 2 hours of use.

5.2 Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the headphones are fully charged.
2. Press and hold the Power button until the LED indicator flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
4. Select "MIPEACE MI04U" from the list of devices.
5. Once connected, the LED indicator will flash blue slowly.
6. The headphones will automatically attempt to reconnect to the last paired device when powered on.

5.3 Eartip Replacement

The MI04U headphones feature replaceable eartip cables for extended durability.

1. Gently pull the existing eartip cable from the main neckband unit.
2. Align the new eartip cable connector with the port on the neckband unit.
3. Push firmly until it clicks into place, ensuring a secure connection.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Power On/Off

• Power On: Press and hold the Power button for approximately 3 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue.
• Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for approximately 3 seconds until the LED indicator flashes red and then turns off.

6.2 Music Playback and EQ Modes

• Play/Pause: Press the MFB once.
• Next Track: Press and hold the Volume Up (+) button.
• Previous Track: Press and hold the Volume Down (-) button.
• Change EQ Mode: Press the EQ Mode button to cycle through the 4 available modes: Heavy Bass, Pop Music, Rock, and Voice.

6.3 Call Management

• Answer/End Call: Press the MFB once.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the MFB for 2 seconds.
• Call Vibration Alert: The neckband will vibrate to notify you of incoming calls, even in noisy environments.

6.4 Volume Control

• Increase Volume: Press the Volume Up (+) button.
• Decrease Volume: Press the Volume Down (-) button.

7.1 Cleaning

• Wipe the neckband and control panel with a soft, dry cloth.
• For ear tips, gently remove them and clean with a mild soap solution if necessary, then rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before reattaching.
