4. Installation Guide

Follow these steps for a safe and efficient installation of your LVWIT recessed lights. Always ensure power is off before starting.

1. Prepare the Ceiling: Use the provided 1:1 hole template to mark the desired location for each light. Cut a hole in the ceiling with a diameter of approximately 2.95 inches (75mm).
2. Connect Wiring to Junction Box: Open the junction box. Connect the household electrical wires (hot, neutral, ground) to the corresponding wires inside the junction box using the quick connectors. Ensure all connections are secure.
3. Connect Light Fixture to Junction Box: Plug the cable from the LED light fixture into the corresponding port on the junction box. This is a simple plug-and-play connection.
4. Select Color Temperature (CCT): Before inserting the light into the ceiling, locate the CCT selection switch on the side of the junction box. Choose your desired color temperature (2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, or 5000K) by sliding the switch.
5. Insert Light into Ceiling: Gently push the spring clips on the sides of the LED light fixture upwards. Insert the light into the cut hole in the ceiling. The spring clips will hold the light securely in place against the ceiling surface.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Color Temperature Selection (5CCT)

Your LVWIT recessed lights offer five selectable color temperatures to suit various moods and environments. The CCT switch is located on the side of the junction box. Adjust this switch before final installation into the ceiling to set your preferred light color:

• 2700K: Warm White (Ideal for bedrooms, cozy spaces)
• 3000K: Soft White (Relaxing, slightly warmer than natural light)
• 3500K: Neutral White (Balanced, suitable for bathrooms or general areas)
• 4000K: Cool White (Brighter, often used in living rooms or offices)
• 5000K: Daylight (Very bright, crisp white light, excellent for kitchens or task lighting)

5.2. Dimming Functionality

These LED recessed lights are designed for smooth dimming from 5% to 100%. They are compatible with most standard LED dimmers. Ensure you use a compatible dimmer switch for optimal performance and to avoid flickering or damage.

• Cleaning: Ensure the power is off before cleaning. Wipe the light fixture with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the finish or electrical components.
• No Bulb Replacement: These integrated LED fixtures do not require bulb replacement. The LEDs are designed to last for the entire lifespan of the product.
• Inspection: Periodically check for any loose connections or visible damage. If any issues are found, consult a qualified electrician.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your LVWIT recessed lights, please refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:

• Light Not Turning On:
  • Check the circuit breaker to ensure power is supplied to the fixture.
  • Verify all electrical connections in the junction box are secure.
  • Ensure the light fixture is properly connected to the junction box.
• Flickering or Inconsistent Light:
  • Confirm that the dimmer switch being used is compatible with LED lighting.
  • Check for loose wiring connections.
• Incorrect Color Temperature:
  • Ensure the CCT selection switch on the junction box is set to your desired temperature.
