3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove the air conditioner and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect the unit for any damage. Keep the original packaging for future storage or if the unit needs to be transported.
3.2 Placement
Place the unit on a flat, stable surface. Ensure there is at least 12 inches (30 cm) of space around the unit for proper airflow. Do not place the unit near heat sources or in direct sunlight.

3.3 Window Kit Installation
The included window installation kit is suitable for both horizontal and vertical sliding windows with a width/height between 26.5 inches and 47 inches.
- Adjust the window slider kit to the length of your window opening.
- Secure the window slider kit in place using the provided screws or fasteners.
- Attach the window exhaust adapter to the opening in the window slider kit.

3.4 Exhaust Hose Connection
- Twist the air exhaust duct connector onto one end of the air exhaust duct.
- Connect the other end of the air exhaust duct to the exhaust outlet on the back of the air conditioner unit.
- Attach the air exhaust duct connector to the window exhaust adapter installed in the window kit. Ensure all connections are secure to prevent air leakage.
3.5 Drainage Setup
The unit has two drain outlets. For continuous drainage in dehumidifier mode or during extended cooling, connect the provided drain hose to the lower drain outlet and direct it to a suitable drain or container. For manual drainage, water will collect in the internal tank, and the unit will indicate when it needs to be emptied.
4. Operating Instructions
The air conditioner can be controlled via the digital touch panel on the unit or the included remote control.
4.1 Control Panel and Remote Control
The control panel features a digital display and touch buttons for various functions. The remote control offers the same functionality for convenient operation from a distance.

4.2 Power On/Off
Press the Power button on the control panel or remote control to turn the unit on or off.
4.3 Mode Selection
Press the Mode button to cycle through the available operating modes:
- Cool Mode: Provides cooling. Adjust temperature using the Up/Down buttons.
- Dry Mode (Dehumidifier): Removes moisture from the air. Fan speed is fixed to low.
- Fan Mode: Circulates air without cooling. Adjust fan speed as desired.
- Auto Mode: The unit automatically selects the operating mode (Cool, Dry, or Fan) based on the ambient room temperature.

4.4 Fan Speed Adjustment
In Cool or Fan mode, press the Fan Speed button to select between High, Low, or Auto fan speeds. In Dry mode, the fan speed is fixed to Low.
4.5 Temperature Setting
In Cool mode, use the Up and Down buttons to set the desired temperature between 60°F (16°C) and 90°F (32°C).
4.6 Timer Function
Press the Timer button to set the auto on/off time. Use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the desired time in 1-hour increments, up to 24 hours. The timer indicator will illuminate when active.
4.7 Sleep Mode
Activate Sleep Mode for quieter operation and reduced energy consumption during the night. In this mode, the fan speed is set to low, and the display light will dim or turn off. The set temperature will gradually increase by 1°F (0.5°C) after 30 minutes, and again after another 30 minutes, maintaining the new temperature for 7 hours before returning to the original setting.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air conditioner. Always unplug the unit before performing any maintenance.
5.1 Cleaning the Air Filter
The air filter should be cleaned every two weeks or more frequently depending on usage and air quality.
- Turn off and unplug the air conditioner.
- Locate and remove the air filter from the back or side of the unit.
- Wash the filter with warm water (below 104°F / 40°C) and a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly.
- Allow the filter to air dry completely before reinstalling. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
- Reinsert the dry filter into the unit.
5.2 Draining Water
When the internal water tank is full, the unit will stop operating and display an error code (e.g., 'FL').
- Turn off and unplug the air conditioner.
- Place a shallow pan or container under the lower drain outlet.
- Remove the rubber stopper from the drain outlet to allow water to flow out.
- Once all water has drained, replace the rubber stopper firmly.
- Plug in the unit and restart operation.
5.3 Storage
For long-term storage (e.g., at the end of the cooling season):
- Drain all water from the unit completely.
- Clean the air filter and reinstall it.
- Run the unit in Fan mode for a few hours to dry the interior.
- Unplug the power cord and wrap it neatly using the cord organizer strap.
- Store the unit in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
6. Troubleshooting
