Setup

1. Inserting SIM Card and MicroSD Card

1. Locate the SIM card tray on the side of the phone.
2. Use the provided SIM tray ejector tool to open the tray.
3. Carefully place your Nano-SIM card(s) and/or MicroSD card (up to 2TB) into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure the gold contacts are facing down.
4. Gently push the tray back into the phone until it is flush with the device body.

2. Initial Charging

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your FOSSIBOT F109S. The device supports 18W fast charging.

1. Connect the USB cable to the power adapter.
2. Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.
3. Connect the USB-C end of the cable to the charging port at the bottom of your phone.
4. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging progress. A full charge takes approximately 4 hours.

3. Powering On and Initial Configuration

1. Press and hold the Power button (usually on the right side) until the FOSSIBOT logo appears.
2. Follow the on-screen prompts to select your language, connect to Wi-Fi, and set up your Google account.
3. Configure security features such as facial recognition and rear fingerprint unlock for convenient and secure access.

Main Screen and Navigation

The F109S runs on Android 15, offering a user-friendly interface. Navigate using gestures or the traditional three-button navigation bar (configurable in settings).

Dual Screen Functionality (1.32" Rear Display)

Camera Usage

The F109S is equipped with a 50MP F1.8 main camera, a 16MP F2.45 front camera, and a 5MP macro camera.

1. Open the Camera app from your home screen or app drawer.
2. Switch between main, front, and macro lenses as needed.
3. Tap to focus on your subject.
4. Press the shutter button to capture photos or start/stop video recording.

Cleaning Your Device

Water and Dust Resistance

The FOSSIBOT F109S is IP68/IP69K certified for water and dust resistance and meets MIL-STD-810H standards for shockproof durability. While highly resistant, proper care is still advised:

• Ensure all port covers are securely closed before exposing the phone to water or dust.
• Do not intentionally submerge the phone beyond 1.5 meters for more than 30 minutes.
• Rinse the phone with clean water after exposure to saltwater or other liquids, then dry thoroughly.
• Avoid exposing the phone to high-pressure water jets.
