5.1 General Installation Notes

• You may need an installation frame kit, special ISO harness, amplifier adapter, or CANbus decoder depending on your vehicle.
• The unit does not support factory car GPS antenna, backup rear camera, Bluetooth, USB, or microphone. Only JOYING accessories are supported.
• DAB+ digital radio adapter, DVR, OBDII scanner, reverse camera, TPMS, and steering wheel controller are not included and must be ordered separately.

6.1 Initial Boot-up and Interface

The unit features a fast boot function. After the initial boot-up (which may take 30-40 seconds), subsequent starts will enter the user interface within 2 seconds when the car key is turned.

6.2 CarPlay and Android Auto

Connect your mobile phone via USB cable or Bluetooth to access CarPlay or Android Auto. This allows you to use phone applications for navigation, calls, and music directly on the stereo's screen.

6.3 Split-screen Multitasking

The split-screen feature allows you to run two applications simultaneously. Tap the recent apps icon, find the app you want to split, and tap the split-screen button. Then select a second app from recent applications.
